[erlang-questions] fd_server library

The use of fd_server to open privileged ports has largely gone out of 
fashion, but if anyone still needs the Erlang fd_server library 
(originally by Sebastian Strollo), we have put up a git repository here 
with a bunch of minor patches on top of the old Jungerl version:
