Yes, you could try adding both machines IPs/hostnames combinations there
so something like :
95.175.140.5    dyn-95-175-140-3        dyn-95-175-140-3.inuknetworks.com

95.175.140.3    dyn-95-175-140-5        dyn-95-175-140-5.inuknetworks.com
