busy_dist_port: Who's seeing it? (Heh, who's bothered to look?)

Now I understand why I got curious timeouts with a distributed
application sending huge amounts of data over the network. I helped me
with lowering the message sizes and increasing the number of messages
from node to node. Sure it could help to be able to tune this behavior
to find some optimum.
