Patch approval statistics for R13B04

I second the commendations for Bjorn and the rest of the OTP team.  I  
think it is a great step forward for erlang to be open and easily  
accessible by developers around the world.  I expect a lot of the  
people who have managed thus far with patched versions of releases  
will be able to contribute their patches to the benefit of the  
community and simplify their own support in the process.
