jinterface.jar in the Maven repository?

In order to make Java/Erlang projects easier to develop and package,
"official" jinterface.jar could be uploaded to Maven and uses as a
dependency for Java builds.

this would require participation from domain/project owners. I would be
happy to facilitate the process and prepare Maven related artifacts needed.

Is there an interest in this?
