Misultin v0.1 released

Dear all,

Misultin v0.3 has just been released. Speed has been improved by a switch in
the listener process, which now uses active instead of passive mode in
request parsing, except for BODY where passive is still used. This change
has been inspired by Lev Walkin and his recents benchmark tests.

Benchmarks have been updated, including a comparison with Mochiweb and
Apache running PHP:
