Currently, I'm fighting with unusual H264 payload, produced by
Quicktime Broadcaster.

Erlyvideo need some work to support 3gp files, because they are coded
with H263 codec
and its layout differs from h264.

It will be possible to stream this content after I finish work on RTP.
