[erlang-questions] Stand alone Erlang on Windows

I think the original poster meant that discussions that should be purely 
technical sometimes become personal/ad hominem or simply inappropriate.  
One of the goals of #erlang-otp is to foster helpful discussion without 
ego-bashing.
