[erlang-questions] Allowed node names

Hi,

I couldn't find any documentation regarding which node names are allowed, so
I had to trace it down in the emulator code.

Node names must conform to the following regexp: [a-zA-Z0-9_-]+

Maybe it should be added to the docs.
