[erlang-questions] Reducing size of source

Hi,

Are there some simple guidelines to follow if one wants to shoehorn  
the source otp_src_R12B-3 in for compilation on an Arm EABI embedded  
system? The size is 142 MB and I would probably need to get it down  
to 40-50 MB. I will use the CEAN contribution script.
