[erlang-questions] Where is file megaco_user.erl?

File lib/megaco/src/engine/megaco_user_default.erl contains line:

-behaviour(megaco_user).

and documentation describes module megaco_user, but I cannot find file
megaco_user.erl anywhere.  Can you help me?
