P.S.: i currently have lfe extracted as
erl5.6.5/lib/lfe/{doc,ebin,examples,src,test,etc.}; before i had
extracted as erl5.6.5/lfe/{doc,...} and then copied over ebin as
erl5.6.5/lib/lfe/*.beam, and was getting the same error/issue with the
shell i believe.
