Not really. You can do object-oriented programming
in C as well, but that doesn't make C object-oriented. (:

Conversely, you can do concurrency-oriented programming
in a variety of languages, but few languages besides
Erlang promote a style of programming that is
intrinsically concurrency-oriented.
