Greetings.

Is it possible to have selectivity of an alternative carrier on a node 
level?  E.g. Nodes A and B communicate using standard TCP-based driver, 
nodes {A,B} and C communicate using SCTP driver?  In this example nodes 
A and B are co-located and C is in another facility with a non-reliable 
but redundant network link, so in this setup SCTP's multi-homing feature 
might be handy.
