[erlang-questions] Configuring SASL

In order to install the error_logger_mf_h handler you must define all 
three config options:

error_logger_mf_h
error_logger_mf_maxbytes
error_logger_mf_maxfiles

For each one of them the documentation rightfully says: "If this 
parameter is undefined, the error_logger_mf_h is not installed."
