[erlang-questions] R12B documentation error

In the file erl5.6/erts-5.6/doc/html/erl_ext_dist.html, the types
SMALL_BIG_EXT and LARGE_BIG_EXT both list an id of 110.

I think LARGE_BIG_EXT is really 111.

I like the html file, much nicer to read than than the plain text file from
R11. :)
