[erlang-questions] Launching Erlang from the Dock on OS X

Apple users,

Has anyone set up their Apple OS X desktop so that an Erlang icon
appears in the Dock and clicking on it launches a Terminal.app
window running erlang (e.g. `erl -s toolbar`)?

Basically want I want is `werl` for OS X.

Sounds simple enough but I spent too long playing with Automator
without getting it working.
