The Erlang/OTP group and the HiPE group had a meeting this week where we 
discussed how to proceed with EEPs and we are now transfering the work 
I've done to the Erlang/OTP group. When we have done this we'll announce 
this on the mailinglist.

If you want to write an EEP you can use the instructions at:

And if we are not done setting up you can publish your draft EEP to the
