[erlang-questions] Please re-generate PDF doc(s)

E.g. Contents section in erts-5.5.4.pdf is empty, the same with
cross-references: [Page ??]. Other pdfs seem to look well, though I didn't
check them all ( http://www.erlang.org/doc/doc-5.5.4/pdf/).
