[erlang-questions] A how-to turorial is added

All,

I added a new tutorial to the wiki on the subject of "Using ei to 
encode/decode binary terms in port programs":

http://wiki.trapexit.org/index.php/Category:HowToUseEI

One question though is that it got listed as a subcategory under the 
"HowTo" category.  I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of the 
"Category:HowToUseEI" category, so that it would get merged with the 
rest of the "Category:HowTo" topics.
