Error: syntax error before: '_'

HI,
   when I compile my SNMP MIB, as:

        Erlang (BEAM) emulator version 5.3.6.3 [source] [hipe] 
[threads:0]
        Eshell V5.3.6.3  (abort with ^G)
        1> snmp:c("MY_SIMPLE-MIB", [{db, mnesia}]).

   i get the following error: 
        MY_SIMPLE-MIB.mib: 4: Error: syntax error before: '_'
        {error,compilation_failed}
        2>

Tis error succeeds because I can't use the char '_', into the MIB 
definition.
Obviously, I must use this version of ERLANG and this character in the 
MIB.

Anyone know how can I do to "bypass" that limitation?
