OTP-5101 inets badmatch in R10B-10

 Here is the fix that was thought to have been done early in the R10B 
 series:

"
 OTP-5101  A programming error could cause a badmatch in the http-client
	      when the http response was chunk decoded.
"

 I still have this problem in R10B-10 which has been discussed before.

 Perhaps it is because I am running over SSL ?


 QUESTIONS:

 1) Will ibrowse be included in OTP in R11 ?
 2) Will the http-client be corrected in R11 to eliminate this problem?
