gen_tcp:recv - last segement when closed port

I tested tcpbug:cli in linux (R10B-9) and windows xp sp2 (R10B-10, [1]).
In linux the last 175 byte packet is received but not in windows.

It doesn't seem to matter if the tcpbug:srv is running on linux or
windows.
