I think Garry has a good point here.  I don't think the mailing list is
out of control yet.  I still enjoy reading it.  It was more fun 3 or 4
years ago perhaps but I still enjoy it.  Seeing the community grow is a
good thing. 

If we are to split the list, create a junior-erlang-questions list.
Lets not make this any more complex than needs be.
