Mnemosyne + erl_eval

There is an undocumented function mnemosyne:string_to_handle, but I
don't think it's working. We no longer actively support Mnemosyne, 
so don't hold your breath for bugfixes...

Instead we recommend QLC, a module in STDLIB. The function
qlc:string_to_handle creates a handle given a string.
