Hello, After a HD crash, i reinstalled WinXP and Erlang but this time step by step. Erlang/OTP R10B-2 works fully on WinXP SP1 and WinXP SP2. Only some additional security tools disable sockets. For me, it's an antivirus software. For Windows users, the only way is to ckeck your system. Regards. Pat
