I'm the moderator and get all bounces and error notifications.
I get tons of error and warnings from different mail relays
and unfortunately I don't know the protocol that well to
understand exactly what they mean. In your case one error
message is

  "sheryq@REDACTED",\
  "Vlad Dumitrescu" <vlad_dumitrescu@REDACTED>,\
  "Katsuya Tomioka" <katsuya_erlang@REDACTED>\
  ...Deferred: Operation timed out with mx4.hotmail.com.

To me it looks like a problem on hotmails side but I
may be wrong,
