Download otp_man_R9B-1.tar.gz from erlang site.
Extract to /usr/local/lib/erlang or such (so "man" lands in same dir
as erts-5.2.3.3).
"erl -man erlang" for example to show BIFs, "erl -man erl" for the
main CLI, usw.
