ANNOUNCE - erlguten 2.1

There were a number of small problems with erlguten 2.0

I have fixed a these in version 2.1

I should clarify something.

The library pdf.erl presents a *stable* interface to the world

All internals (called via erlguten_* calls) are violently unstable
probably *everything* will change in the next release (except pdf.erl)

Don't hold you breath - the next version needs a lot of work - but at 
least I think I know how to do it :-)
