GS with TCL/TK 8.3

Hello,

Attached is a small patch to gstk_srv.tcl to allow the use of newer
versions of TCL. I've tested extensively with esokoban :) The patch
changes the TCL fileevent parameter from active to readable. Active
is not supported in newer versions of TCL (I'm not sure what it does
in older versions).

Note: some changes to font commands in existing programs may be
required to get the font size correct.
