R8 and (no) hex output ...

Not that I complain, but would it be possible to have ~h/~H in the 
io_lib for hex-output in some near future release, please. Sometimes it 
is just so much readable than decimal, you don't call your release R139 
either ... :-)

Shall I even dare to mention ~b ..., ~B would of course be IOOOIIOO ...
