http security using mod_security

Hi,
I'm trying to set up a web server with ALL the security features that inets has to offer. I have an existing server to work from. In the config file for this server the AuthDBType is set to plain. I want to use the security features of mod_security. All I know so far is that I have to change AuthDBType plain to AuthDBType mnesia.
 
How do I set up the rest???
I think I have to create httpd_users, and httpd_groups, but I don't know where to start ??!.
