[erlang-patches] Addition of AES-CFB8 cypher

Hi OTP folks,
I recently had cause to use the AES-CFB8 cypher which is currently missing from the crypto module. The attached patch (and associate pull request) adds support for it (assuming there's no reason that it was omitted originally, of course):
