Howdy.  Hrm, well, I don't have any Windows boxes lying around, so I've
made my best guess at the problem and wrapped stuff with "#ifdef ERTS_SMP"
wrappers.  I hope that takes care of the problem.  Please re-pull.

Note also that I've changed the name of the flag to be a bit easier to
remember and type: +zdss.
