[erlang-patches] .app and .appup files for erl_interface and jinterface applications (amended)

Updated, please repull.

I have one failing test case in erl_interface and two skipped tests in jinterface but I get the same failures when running tests from the unmodified `maint' branch and as far as I can tell the failure/skips are unrelated to my changes
