[erlang-patches] Fix the typespec for the inet:ifget/2 and inet:ifget/3 return value

Hi,

The typespecs for inet:ifget/2 and inet:ifget/3 dont include the loopback
flag
in the list of possible flags. This patch adds the missing information.
