[erlang-patches] Question about building documentation as described in https://github.com/erlang/otp/wiki/Documentation

Greetings,

To submit a patch I need to build the documentation. This is just a
single module, so I tried to build a single application (stdlib). That
failed.

It is possible to build all documentation. After that it works to build
only stdlib. Perhaps this is the intention? Must I always build
everything first?
