[erlang-patches] [patch] fix srp_anon suite in maint/master

Hi,

Pavel Slechta found a problem with the srp_anon suites, without a certificate
they would always fail. The actuall fix is a one-liner and I also changed the
test suites to catch the problem.

Tree is based on maint, but should apply to master as well.
