[erlang-patches] Dialyzer: Bitstring type inference and duplicate module error message fixes

Hi!

This branch includes the fix proposed by Maxim Treskin for the error
message when duplicate modules are given as input to Dialyzer,
together with a fix in the type inference algorithm, related to
bitstrings.
