[erlang-patches] Debugger settings

The wxFileDialog behaves a bit different in Ubuntu 12.10.
In the Debugger this caused the settings to be stored in
$HOME instead of $HOME/.erlang_tools/debugger (or
whatever the user has entered). This has been fixed.
