[erlang-patches] Replace courier font by monospace in OTP's HTML doc

Modifies the OTP's CSS, replacing courier font by monospace. **IMHO** it
should be more pleasant to read typespecs and code examples. Also adds
minor cosmetic changes to the CSS.
