[erlang-patches] Extend erlang:port_info/1, 2 to show the OS pid of a spawned process

Hmm yes this is strange.
according to my notes about the patch, we are waiting for tests and 
documentation for this.

But I can not find a email asking for it, but I do find it to be in the 
dropped patches list.
on the other hand, I was not working here when this all happened, and 
the person who did is not working here now.

So back to the patch, I will consider it if someone is willing to add 
tests and documentation for it. Unless it was dropped due to other 
reasons than missing tests/docs.
