[erlang-patches] Fix for filename:nativename/1 on Win32

Hi,

I've stumbled upon an error in filename:nativename/1 on Win32. The function 
crashes when given a file name as binary.

The fix and a corresponding test case are based on the 'maint' branch and have 
been tested on WindowsXP.
