[erlang-patches] Fix silly typos in Reference Manual and heart doc

Hi,

It fixes a few silly typos in the doc: missing spaces, missing
parenthesis and a small modification. It touches: macro reference
manual, distributed reference manual and heart doc. These are separated
in 3 commits.
