[erlang-patches] eunit update

Finally, I've managed to synch the OTP version of EUnit with my own 
development repository. They started drifting apart while I hadn't 
switched my own repo to Git yet.

   git fetch git@REDACTED:richcarl/otp.git eunit-2.2.0

Until OTP decides on what to do with their licensing, that version will 
remain as LGPL. The stand-alone version of EUnit is now dual licensed 
under Apache 2.0 + LGPL, and can be found here:
