[erlang-patches] ODBC PATCH: supports param_query with 'null'

Hello!
I'm patched odbc application:
1) Support atom 'null' in odbc:param_query as database NULL value
2) Fix "ODBC: received unexpected info:{tcp_closed, ...}" when connection
is terminating.
3) Fix possible access violation with 64bit ODBC.

It was tested on Windows 7 32 and 64.
