[erlang-patches] Fix httpd directory traversal vulnerability on Windows

Hi,
I fixed a bug that allowed arbitrary file read on Windows platforms using the 
HTTPd, the cause of the problem is detailed in the commit message.

Pull command: git fetch git://github.com/dnet/otp.git http_win_dir_traversal
