erl_call -a doc fix

I have an eerie feeling that someone already submitted this, but I can't
find it at http://erlang.github.com/otp/ or in the mailing list archive,
so here it is:

erl_call: fix documentation of -a option

The default value for Fun is start, not [] as the documentation used
to suggest.

Also, format [] with <c> instead of <em> since it is a code fragment,
not an emphasised word.
