doc-fixes

When I see errors in documentation while reading I have to correct them.
It's a habit :).

Therefore I've created the doc-fixes branch which also contains the
previous reltool fixes from the reltool-doc branch. You can ignore the
previous reltool-doc branch as it's deleted by now. If you prefer to have
one branch per application modified I can split the patches but don't
think that would make sense.
