[PATCH] Add cross-compile configuration for Atmel AVR32-Linux (NGW100)

Implemented erl-xcomp-avr32-atmel-linux-gnu.conf to support cross
compilation of Erlang on Atmel's AVR32-Linux:
    http://www.atmel.no/buildroot/

Built using a Ubuntu 9.10 host, with buildroot-2.3.0 and tested on on
Atmel's NGW100 development board.

Please let me know if there are any issues.
